Dear Drew,

At the age of 30- I decided to go get a well woman check up. Everything went fine- Minus two things. My cholesterol is high, to the point that my doctor has restricted me from everything minus fruits and veggies, and my thyroid is low. I've read a lot about juicing, and have been following your Facebook page

After what felt like a huge brick to my face…I was ready to make a change. It is truly sad that it took this to realize that my 265lbs on a 5'3" frame would catch up to me. Any advice you can give I am will to take. You're an inspiration to me in the way you've changed your life.

I am so grateful for finding you. I don't know you, but I feel like you're a guardian angel sent to kick my ass and get me in gear.

I started at 267 lbs, and my current weight today is 242 lbs. I have a long ways to go — but I WILL get there. I am saving these clothes to show the world that it is possible and so each week, everyone can see the difference. My waist was once the size of my arms and body together. How sad that I let this happen.

I don't eat meat, zero processed food. I am juicing or eating raw veggies. Taking a multi-vitamin and I walk/run 2-4 miles a day. It has been baby steps for me though. This isn't a quick process, and I am okay with that. I don't want perfection, I want to be healthy. I want my life back.

I feel better, I look better, and each day I get stronger.

I have so many people, plus myself to thank. You are one of them!

Oh yes- One last thing, My husband is also doing this with me. He started at 270 and is at 240. He's beating me!!! But I'll get him!
